- About
- Vipers never die. Action rock forever.
- Biography
- The Tenafly Vipers have been around for about five years now probably because we just don’t know how to stop. Or maybe because we’re just too dumb to quit. Regardless, we’re never gonna tour, we may never put out a full length, we consider everyone who comes to our shows our close personal friends and we wouldn’t have it any other (goddamn) way. “Even if that’s all there is; it ain’t so bad. Rock’n’roll.” – Lemmy
- Influences
- Prison Rape and shotgunning Tall Boys. Take that however you want.

- “This song’s power comes largely from a guitar track that would sound totally insanely out of control if it were not precise in its brutality. Like a computer-guided missile that can hit a flea and then decimate the surrounding acre or so of terrain, The Tenafly Vipers’ guitar runs roughshod over its world, providing a deep, heavy grunt that contrasts with the relatively higher-toned vocals. Not that the vocals sound any less violent or powerful than the guitar, but they live in a higher tonal register, making some nice, eye-of-the-storm space between the vocals and the guitar.” – CD Di Guardia – Boston Band Crush
