- Biography
- Like to mosh your face off? Like to sing-along? Remember the early days of thrash and hardcore? Milo’s Syndicate is here to bring you the best of all three blended together by the city of Boston and a shovel to the face. This hardcore outfit has been at it since late 2003 playing shows in and around Boston, and has put out the “Futitlity In E Minor EP” and their first full length “Pull Me Through” in that time. With label interest on the horizon, a new full length in the works and pockets full of beer they are ready to remind hardcore of what it’s supposed to be…hard, heavy, and not very nice.

- ” Milo’s Syndicate is one of the hardest working newer bands to come out of Boston. Five “anywhere-anytime” kind of guys. Big guys who could kick your ass but would still prefer an all-ages show. Whereas the headliner had the occasional chaotic screech, Milo’s had a constant, satisfying rumble, like a well-oiled muscle car, never slipping up despite all the beer pooling on stage. Their sound is thick East Coast hardcore, calling to mind the best of Blood for Blood and Sick of it All (who they properly covered) without seeming like a knock-off of anything.” – Jon Meyer – The Boston Phoenix
- “CHEECH / MILO’S STNDICATE – SPLIT 7”Tough as nails Boston hardcore split, two songs each from CHEECH and MILO’S SYNDICATE. CHEECH play metal-tinged NYHC reminiscent of BLOOD FOR BLOOD, MADBALL and with a touch of GANG GREEN – it’s heavy and forceful but melodic and catchy to…o. Paul Bearer from SHEER TERROR makes a guest appearance on their second track which is a seal of approval for sure. MILO’S SYNDICATE play in the NYHC metallic hardcore style and really remind me of SICK OF IT ALL and AGNOSTIC FRONT but with the really thrashy edge of early METALLICA and SLAYER. It’s fast and aggressive as hell. A great hardcore split for sure. Both bands tough as shit. WWW.UNITEDRIOTRECORDS.COM” – UR – United Records.com
